The EAMA Summer Music Institute Organ Program offers a unique opportunity for organists to delve deeply into the world of French Organ music while studying Harmony, Counterpoint and Music Analysis in the EAMA tradition.
Under the guidance of concert organist and pedagogue Amelie Held, you will further develop and shape your artistic musical language, while immersing yourself in the spirit of the rich French organ tradition and unique musical heritage of Paris.

Studio workshops and individual coachings will focus on the repertoire you wish to develop, while masterclasses and excursions across the city will introduce you to a variety of iconic instruments built by Aristide Cavaillé-Coll and others — organs that shaped the musical language of César Franck, Louis Vierne, and generations of French composers. The EAMA Summer Music Institute Organ Program offers you a rare opportunity to encounter these instruments in their original acoustical environments and to deepen your understanding of French stylistics and hone your skills with focused classes in the fundamental language of music.
