Music Pedagogy

Dr. Kyle Blaha

Taught by Dr. Kyle Blaha, Professor at The Juilliard School, and Chair of Ear Training and Music Theory at Juilliard Pre-College, this program offers music educators, music theorists, composers, and performers the unique opportunity to explore in depth the core crafts of music: musicianship, counterpoint, and keyboard harmony.

With a deeper understanding of the various approaches to these topics, students unlock their own inner ear as they continue to perfect their passion to teach others these essential skills at all levels.

Students in this program are often teachers of music, both in the classroom and in performance.
